Manager, Enterprise Data Enablement

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a collaborative and strategic Manager of Enterprise Data Enablement to shape how governed, contextual data supports AI‑driven products, services, and analytics across the organization. This role blends product management, data governance, analysis and intelligent automation to expand enterprise data capabilities and deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business priorities and customer needs into scalable requirements for data products, stewardship, metadata and AI governance.
• Advance Mastercard’s data product operating model and governance framework to promote enterprise reuse, consistency and standardisation.
• Partner with engineering, platform, architecture and product teams to prioritise and deliver data management and governance capabilities.
• Apply AI and workflow automation to streamline governance, stewardship, intake, documentation, reporting and decision support.
• Embed governance by design to increase reuse, reduce duplication and measure adoption and business outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven leadership delivering enterprise data, analytics, governance or AI products with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex datasets, schemas and semantic models and translate findings into clear business insights.
• Deep knowledge of data governance practices, including metadata, data quality, stewardship, data contracts, semantic layers and lineage.
• Success leading AI and automation initiatives while maintaining governance, security, privacy and risk management.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills to align stakeholders and drive cross‑functional teams through ambiguity.
