Manager, Global Process

About the role

The Manager, Global Process leads a global team within Global Services HR to design, govern, execute and continuously improve compensation and benefits processes for DePuy Synthes. This role partners with HR Centers of Excellence, Global Services and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, employee‑focused programs worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a global team responsible for year‑round compensation processes, salary structures, merit planning and governance activities.
• Oversee year‑end compensation cycle execution, ensuring compliance, data integrity and positive stakeholder experience.
• Direct global compensation and benefits survey participation, benchmarking and data collection.
• Establish governance for compensation data management, reporting, analytics and operational controls.
• Partner with Compensation, Benefits, Total Rewards and other HR COEs to implement global policies and process enhancements.
• Drive performance management of global service delivery metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead change and program management for new HR processes, technology implementations and business transformations.
• Provide HR process leadership for acquisitions, divestitures and integration activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Organizational Development, Data Analytics or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 6‑8 years of progressive HR experience in compensation, benefits, global services or process excellence.
• Proven people leadership in a global or regional environment.
• Strong program and project management skills with experience leading complex cross‑functional initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management abilities.
