Manager, LMS Learning Ops & Analytics

About the role

The Manager, LMS/Learning Ops & Analytics will lead the operation, optimisation and analytics of learning platforms for DePuy Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson business. This role ensures reliable learning systems, accurate data and actionable insights to support global workforce readiness, compliance and continuous development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Learning Management System, guaranteeing system stability, data accuracy and a positive user experience.
• Lead learning operations and analytics, creating dashboards, reports and insights that measure learning effectiveness, compliance and engagement.
• Partner with HR, Learning & Development, Compliance and IT to support global learning initiatives and system enhancements.
• Oversee learning data governance, establishing standards, processes and controls for high‑quality, auditable records.
• Manage vendors and external partners for LMS functionality, reporting tools and learning technologies.
• Lead, coach and develop the team responsible for learning operations and analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 6–8 years of experience in learning operations, LMS administration, HR systems or analytics, with proven people‑management capabilities.
• Experience in a regulated industry (MedTech or Pharma) and with global, multilingual learning programs is a plus.
• Fluent English required; Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.

Required skills

• Enterprise LMS administration and related learning technologies.
• Data analytics and reporting, including dashboard creation.
• Experience with data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
