Manager, LMS Learning Ops & Analytics

About the role

The Manager, LMS/Learning Ops & Analytics will oversee the operation, optimization, and analytics of learning platforms for DePuy Synthes’ global workforce. This role ensures reliable learning systems, accurate data, and actionable insights to support talent and capability decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day LMS operations, ensuring system stability and a positive user experience.
• Lead learning operations and analytics, creating reports, dashboards, and insights on learning effectiveness, compliance, and engagement.
• Partner with HR, Learning & Development, Compliance, and IT to support global learning initiatives and system enhancements.
• Oversee learning data governance, establishing standards, processes, and controls for high‑quality, auditable records.
• Drive continuous improvement of learning processes through automation and simplification.
• Manage vendors and external partners for LMS functionality and reporting tools.
• Lead, coach, and develop the learning operations and analytics team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 6–8 years of experience in learning operations, LMS administration, HR systems, or analytics.
• Proven experience managing an enterprise LMS and related learning technologies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and reports from learning or HR data.
• Experience leading projects and collaborating in a global, matrixed environment.
• People‑management or team‑leadership capabilities.
