Manager, LMS/Learning Ops & Analytics

About the role

The Manager, LMS/Learning Ops & Analytics will lead the operation, optimization and analytics of learning platforms for DePuy Synthes’ global workforce. This role ensures reliable learning systems, accurate data and actionable insights to support talent decisions and workforce readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day LMS operations, ensuring system stability, data accuracy and a positive user experience.
• Lead learning operations and analytics, creating reports, dashboards and insights on learning effectiveness, compliance and engagement.
• Partner with HR, Learning & Development, Compliance and IT to support global learning initiatives and system enhancements.
• Oversee learning data governance, establishing standards, processes and controls for high‑quality, auditable records.
• Drive continuous improvement of learning processes through automation and simplification.
• Manage vendors and external partners for LMS functionality and reporting tools.
• Lead, coach and develop the learning operations and analytics team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
• 6–8 years of experience in learning operations, LMS administration, HR systems or analytics.
• Proven experience managing an enterprise LMS and related technologies.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of building dashboards and reports.
• Experience leading projects and collaborating in a global, matrixed environment.
• People‑management or team‑leadership capabilities.
