Manager, LMS/Learning Ops & Analytics

About the role

The Manager, LMS/Learning Ops & Analytics ensures effective operation, optimization, and analytics of learning platforms for DePuy Synthes' global workforce, supporting workforce readiness, compliance and continuous development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure stability, data accuracy and a positive user experience.
• Lead learning operations and analytics, delivering reports, dashboards and insights on learning effectiveness, compliance and engagement.
• Partner with HR, Learning & Development, Compliance and IT to support global learning initiatives and system enhancements.
• Oversee learning data governance, establishing standards, processes and controls for high‑quality, auditable records.
• Manage vendors and external partners for LMS functionality, reporting tools and learning technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 6–8 years of experience in learning operations, LMS administration, HR systems or analytics.
• Proven people‑management or team‑leadership capabilities.
• Fluent English required; Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.

Required skills

• Enterprise LMS administration experience.
• Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and reports.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
