Manager Master Data – Digital Partner Excellence

About the role

The Manager Master Data – Digital Partner Excellence will support the North America Digital Partner Excellence team within NAM Wholesale. The role ensures that partner websites can generate purchase orders and display product information accurately, enhancing the digital shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to improve tools, services, and processes across the primary data team, collaborating with global and local stakeholders.
• Identify automation opportunities using RPA, AI, and data mapping to increase accuracy and speed.
• Establish KPIs to monitor online data quality and drive improvement actions.
• Maintain and optimize product data in vendor platforms, ensuring correct article content in adidas systems.
• Own development, implementation, and maintenance of new item setup (NIS) and enrichment processes for digital WHS partners.
• Align product data integration across the NAM Digital ecosystem and manage localization needs.

Required profile

• Self‑driven, proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Project management experience and aspirational leadership capability.
• Detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (C1+).

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Visual Basic.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Power BI and Excel.
• Familiarity with Power Automate and Power Apps.
