Manager, Onboarding (Americas)

About the role

The AMER Onboarding Manager leads the end‑to‑end onboarding and implementation of new clients across the Americas, ensuring a seamless transition from project initiation to business‑as‑usual operations while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage onboarding projects, develop plans, timelines and schedules, and coordinate with Operations, Payroll, HR, Technology, Finance and Customer Success.
• Oversee accurate data and system setup for client, employee, payroll and entity information, ensuring compliance and data quality.
• Coordinate structured handover to BAU teams, ensuring continuity of service.
• Serve as primary client contact, manage expectations, resolve issues and accelerate time‑to‑value.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance onboarding efficiency and quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, HR, Information Systems or related field.
• 4–6 years experience in client onboarding, implementation, project management or service delivery within a business services environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and analytical problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with project management or CRM tools.
