Manager, Program Planning & Execution

About the role

The Manager, Program Planning & Execution will support the HR strategy by ensuring that program goals, plans and initiatives are delivered on time, on budget and with high quality. This role works within the Program Planning and Execution team to drive operational excellence across complex, cross‑functional projects.

Key responsibilities

• Champion a customer‑focused culture and ensure the program vision is clearly understood and applied.
• Oversee work‑stream leads and project managers, maintaining an integrated project plan, status reporting, and issue/risk management.
• Chair project status meetings, support work‑stream meetings and coordinate schedules.
• Apply the bank’s risk appetite and compliance standards to daily decisions and controls.
• Manage a portfolio of highly complex operational programs from inception to delivery, including data collection, root‑cause analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, implementation and measurement of results.

Required profile

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and at least 2 years of business experience.
• Expert familiarity with project‑management disciplines and tools, preferably in an IT environment.
• Strong organizational, relationship‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive self‑starter capable of learning new approaches and navigating complex situations.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
