About the role
The Manager Supplier Services leads end‑to‑end operational teams responsible for supplier, invoice and payment processes. The role ensures high performance, quality, compliance and customer satisfaction while meeting critical business cycles and deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop operational teams, driving performance, quality and compliance.
- Define, monitor and report on operational KPIs.
- Manage complex escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
- Oversee execution of key business cycles and critical operational deadlines.
- Ensure adherence to supplier, invoice and payment procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including proven people‑management experience.
- Strong understanding of operational and transaction‑based business processes.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
