Market Transition Lead – Project Manager

About the role

The Market Transition Lead is responsible for scaling market service delivery, integrating new businesses, and supporting large‑scale organizational transformation across functions and country‑level work transitions. This position coordinates the migration of work processes and the implementation of new service delivery models across business units.

Key responsibilities

• Manage market‑level transition projects, including process migration and new service model rollout.
• Coordinate M&A integration and divestiture activities in partnership with the Integration Management Office.
• Partner with strategic third‑party service providers (BPO, ITO, KPO) to ensure successful transition outcomes.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, risk management, and change communication across the market.
• Monitor and report on transition performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in transition, project or change management within shared services or outsourcing environments.
• Proven ability to lead teams, motivate staff through uncertainty, and manage complex stakeholder networks.
• Strong analytical mindset and organizational agility.
• Deep understanding of service management frameworks such as ITIL, and familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
