Marketing Administrative Analyst

About the role

The Marketing Administrative Analyst supports the Global and North America Marketing team at SGS by coordinating projects, preparing materials, and managing administrative processes to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support marketing campaigns, content initiatives and events, tracking timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain project trackers, action items, schedules and provide status updates to the Marketing Manager.
• Prepare and update marketing materials, presentations, and digital assets using approved templates.
• Assist with social media scheduling, content calendar management and event logistics for trade shows, webinars and conferences.
• Coordinate cross‑functional communications between Marketing and Creative, Brand, Digital, Finance, Procurement and external vendors.

Required profile

• Strong coordination, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with urgency and a results‑oriented approach.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Fluent spoken English (B2 or C1 level).

Required skills

• Proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
• Experience with digital and online communication tools and social media management platforms.
