Marketing and Communications Associate

About the role

The Marketing and Communications Associate will support the RBS team in daily operational, logistical and administrative tasks while driving lead generation and digital marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage online advertising campaigns across search engines and social media with a focus on lead generation.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, sponsorships and related activities for internal clients.
• Generate, organize and distribute high‑quality leads to the sales team using CRM tools and digital platforms.
• Produce marketing communications materials, prepare performance reports and support administrative project tasks.
• Maintain and optimize CRM (Salesforce) data, analyze campaign performance with Google Analytics and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Graduate in Marketing, Communications or a related business field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in marketing or marketing communications.
• Strong attention to detail, process‑orientation and ability to manage multiple tasks with urgency.
• Fluent spoken English.
