About the role

Eventbee, a global event ticketing platform operating in over 100 countries, is seeking a Marketing and Customer Care Manager based in Medellín. The role combines marketing activities with direct customer relationship management to help grow the company’s presence in the Colombian market.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate online leads and manage email marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct meetings and attend events to attract potential clients.
  • Create engaging content for social‑media channels and execute SEO/SEM initiatives.
  • Utilise various marketing, advertising and AI platforms to optimise outreach.
  • Maintain proactive communication with existing and prospective customers.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or a related field.
  • 1‑2 years of experience in marketing and customer relationship management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent social skills, essential for the events industry.
