Marketing Assistant (Remote)

About the role

Carepod is seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant to support day‑to‑day marketing initiatives across social media, content, press, partnerships, and campaign operations. This remote, full‑time position is ideal for an organized, detail‑oriented individual who enjoys coordinating creative assets and keeping projects on track.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with research decks and gather creative assets for campaigns.
• Support cross‑team communication and ensure marketing efforts stay aligned.
• Research seasonal trends, competitors, and content opportunities for social media.
• Schedule, publish, and manage social posts, stories, and community interactions.
• Coordinate social giveaways and campaign logistics.
• Help write and update articles, execute the editorial calendar, and maintain SEO standards.
• Refresh existing blog content and track performance using SEMRush.
• Support partnership and giveaway coordination, press outreach, and product seeding.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years of experience in marketing, social media, content, or partnerships.
• Strong organizational and project‑coordination abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable collaborating with external partners and maintaining brand consistency.
