Marketing Content Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Content Specialist to shape Reloadly’s voice across all digital channels. You will develop and execute content that drives engagement, from SEO‑optimized blog posts and long‑form videos to social reels, podcasts, and community conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own end‑to‑end content strategy for blog, video, podcast, and social platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, etc.).
• Produce SEO and GEO‑driven content, including keyword research, topic clustering, and performance tracking to grow organic reach.
• Create short‑form and long‑form video content, such as Reels and YouTube videos.
• Write, edit, and distribute a monthly newsletter to the full marketing list.
• Build and nurture community engagement across all Reloadly social channels.
• Develop customer stories, use‑case content, and white papers.
• Manage content and announcements for events, booths, conferences, and curated gatherings.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating and managing content across written, video, and social formats.
• Strong command of SEO best practices and GEO‑content strategy with measurable results.
• Fluency in short‑form video production that drives performance on Reels and TikTok.
• Podcast production experience (a strong plus).
• Exceptional written and spoken English, clear and on‑brand.
• Self‑starter who works independently and collaborates well across teams.
• Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field (nice to have, not required).
