Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Marketing Coordinator to join the fast‑paced media team at EnsembleIQ. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working closely with the Brand Leader, VP of Content and Sr. Director of Marketing, you will help execute integrated campaigns for the Path to Purchase Institute (P2PI) and its global member community.

Key responsibilities

• Support the overall marketing strategy for P2PI media, events and awards.
• Execute sales‑marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, generate leads and nurture prospects.
• Develop and launch email and social media campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging.
• Create and adapt creative assets for B2B events, award programs and sponsorship outreach.
• Maintain event websites, assist with registration support and coordinate with Event Operations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing communications with sales objectives.

Required profile

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written communication and copy‑writing abilities.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment.
• Interest or experience in membership‑based organizations is a plus.
