About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Marketing Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of tradeshows, conferences, sponsorships, and brand‑awareness initiatives. The role works closely with the Marketing Manager and focuses on project coordination, event logistics, and execution excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of tradeshows, conferences, and sponsorships.
- Manage event projects in Wrike, tracking timelines, deliverables, and status updates.
- Maintain event portals and submit required materials to organizers.
- Track logistics, documentation, budgets, and invoices.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing coordination or related roles.
- Experience supporting events, tradeshows, or sponsorships.
- Advanced English level (C1+) for professional communication.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with project‑management tools such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp.
