About the role

MAS Global is an AI‑first digital engineering firm looking for a high‑energy Marketing Manager to turn technical expertise into qualified pipeline. You will lead a small marketing team, work closely with sales and the IT & innovation group, and have full budget autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead generation & pipeline: build and run integrated demand‑generation programs (ABM, LinkedIn, email, newsletters, website optimisation) and own the marketing‑sourced pipeline target of 20‑30 % of new pipeline within 12 months.
• Digital content engine: create thought‑leadership content (case studies, executive POVs, webinars, LinkedIn posts) to position MAS as an AI‑first digital engineering leader, with a cadence of two case studies per quarter, one webinar per month and weekly LinkedIn activity.
• Events that create pipeline: organise quarterly executive roundtables and virtual events for named accounts, manage pre‑ and post‑event outreach, and support participation in 1‑2 key industry events per year.

Required profile

• Execution‑first mindset with proven shipped campaigns that generated pipeline.
• Experience marketing IT services or consulting with long, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
• Comfortable selling to U.S. midsize and enterprise B2B buyers.
• Daily use of AI tools to automate and produce output at the level of a small team.
• Sales‑obsessed, collaborating weekly with sales and treating feedback as fuel.
• Proven ability to grow LinkedIn audiences and communities tied to business results.
• Excellent written English (C1 or above).
