Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our Operations Center in Bogotá, Colombia. The role will drive market growth across Latin America, shaping brand, digital, and product marketing strategies for our cloud services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute large‑scale brand campaigns (online and offline) to boost awareness and reputation.
• Lead digital marketing activities including SEO/SEM, social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X) and performance advertising on Google, Meta and TikTok platforms while optimizing CAC and ROI.
• Design and launch end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategies for cloud service products and create localized enablement materials.
• Set and achieve full‑lifecycle user growth targets (MAU/DAU, retention, monetization) and design loyalty or membership programs.
• Support sales channels and build cross‑industry collaborations with telcos, device manufacturers and other partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of marketing experience, at least 3 years in the tech/internet industry, with team‑management experience.
• Native Spanish speaker and fluent English (written and spoken, CEFR B2 or above).
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and data‑driven decision making.
• Deep understanding of LATAM consumer culture, user behavior and competitive landscape.
