Marketing Manager – Remote (Central/South America)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, execution‑focused Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives across multiple brands in a remote setting covering Central and South America. The role is hands‑on: you will build campaigns, manage paid media, run email flows, create assets and analyse performance to drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, handling structure, audience, creative testing, budget and bids.
• Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR and continuously improve profitability and scalability.
• Manage paid media for several brands simultaneously.
• Build, segment and automate email marketing flows and broadcast campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo, Omnisend, Mailchimp and GoHighLevel.
• Create and edit static and basic motion/video assets for ads and social media, and write high‑converting copy.
• Run cold outreach campaigns with Instantly and maintain CRM automation.
• Produce weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Ensure consistency across multi‑brand calendars and launch schedules.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Proven track record of handling $100 K+ USD monthly ad spend profitably.
• Experience running paid media for multiple brands at the same time.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to diagnose performance issues quickly.
• Excellent written English (C1/C2) and ability to craft persuasive copy.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and dedicated remote workspace.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
