Marketing Manager – Remote (EMEA & Americas)

About the role

Canonical is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead end‑to‑end go‑to‑market planning and campaign execution for its open‑source portfolio. The role is fully remote, serving customers across EMEA and the Americas, and focuses on turning complex technology into compelling market narratives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of go‑to‑market strategy and campaign delivery across product portfolios, territories or verticals.
• Design and launch marketing programs that generate qualified opportunities and revenue.
• Collaborate with content, paid media, events and social teams to create integrated, data‑driven campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimise content conversion and overall campaign impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a technology marketing role, preferably SaaS or enterprise IT.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to evaluate results and iterate quickly.
• Self‑starter who balances strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
• Strong storytelling ability for both technical and business audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable, fast learner with a growth mindset and passion for innovation.
