Marketing Manager – SEO & Events

About the role

VAO is looking for a Marketing Manager who will own both the digital presence of the brand and its live event strategy. You will shape how the company appears in search results and on the conference floor, driving pipeline growth for an AI‑powered document automation platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an end‑to‑end content roadmap across all funnel stages.
• Own SEO and AEO strategy, including keyword research, on‑page optimization, internal linking and technical fundamentals.
• Create and publish blog posts, landing pages, thought‑leadership articles, short‑form videos and graphic assets.
• Design and manage the company’s LinkedIn presence and other social channels.
• Track performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console and HubSpot, and iterate based on data.
• Lead PR activities, media relations, press releases and analyst outreach.
• Plan, produce and repurpose webinars using Zoom Webinars, from speaker coordination to post‑event assets.
• Oversee event participation in the US and Europe, handling booth design, logistics, materials and pre/post‑event campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing and event management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
