Marketing Operations Coordinator - Project Manager

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator who will act as the operational backbone of the marketing team, ensuring initiatives move efficiently from planning to execution while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 40+ concurrent marketing projects across email, social media, blogs, YouTube and other channels.
• Administer project‑management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Wrike) – set up workflows, automations, dashboards and reporting.
• Coordinate content calendars, publishing schedules, uploads and quality assurance across all channels.
• Serve as the central communication point between marketing teams and internal/external stakeholders.
• Maintain SOPs, documentation and continuously improve operational workflows.
• Track progress, resolve issues and ensure on‑time delivery of all marketing deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing operations, project management or a similar role.
• Proven experience with project‑management and workflow systems.
• Solid understanding of multi‑channel marketing campaigns and content production.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proactive, process‑driven and problem‑solving mindset.
