Marketing Specialist / Copywriter

About the role

The Marketing Specialist / Copywriter will create persuasive, strategic, and engaging copy across all platforms, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand voice on a global scale. You will lead a team of copywriters and work closely with cross‑functional partners to drive high‑converting content.

Key responsibilities

• Conversion and performance copywriting for ads, emails, landing pages, and SEO content
• Performance optimization and analysis using analytics tools
• Audience and market research to inform messaging
• Cross‑functional collaboration with design, product, and growth teams
• Maintain brand consistency and quality assurance across all assets
• Develop new ideas and initiatives for content strategy
• Rapid response to emergency or urgent content needs

Required profile

• 3+ years of copywriting experience in performance marketing, eCommerce, or D2C environments
• Native‑level English proficiency (C2) with excellent written communication
• Portfolio showcasing high‑performing ads, email campaigns, landing pages, website and SEO content, and UGC
• Proven experience leading copywriting teams and managing creative processes
• Strong understanding of conversion frameworks (AIDA, PAS, 4Ps), neuro‑copywriting, and emotional marketing
• Ability to manage multiple brands, deadlines, and channels simultaneously
