Marketing Specialist – Email, Content & SEO

About the role

Toptal is seeking a results‑driven Marketing Specialist to lead email, content, SEO and social media initiatives. The role is fully remote and focuses on designing, executing and optimizing email campaigns while also producing high‑quality written content for blogs and social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build, test, launch and analyze email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Create and manage automated customer journeys, audience segmentation and A/B testing to improve open, click‑through and conversion rates.
• Write, edit and optimize blog posts and SEO‑focused content, ensuring alignment with brand voice and keyword strategy.
• Develop compelling social media copy that supports broader campaign objectives and monitor its performance.
• Translate campaign insights into actionable recommendations for future initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of marketing experience with a strong emphasis on email marketing and automation.
• Proven ability to produce high‑quality written content for blogs, SEO and social channels.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data‑driven mindset.
