Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join SYNC’s remote team in Colombia. You will support US‑based clients by planning and executing digital and print marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage marketing strategies across digital and print channels.
• Optimize and maintain social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business) ensuring brand consistency.
• Engage with leads and prospects, creating and nurturing relationships.
• Design and execute email campaigns, newsletters and referral programs.
• Perform basic SEO tasks and manage website backend updates.
• Create marketing collateral, merchandise, promotional items and support event branding.
• Maintain a content posting calendar and collaborate with other marketing team members.
• Provide general marketing and administrative assistance as required.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level or higher) with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Minimum 2 years of professional marketing experience; real‑estate experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Graphic Design or a related field.
• Strong eye for design and branding, and proven ability to work independently.
