About the role

The Martell Group is looking for a proactive Marketing Virtual Assistant to support its marketing and content teams. This remote contractor role focuses on handling essential operational tasks so senior marketers can concentrate on strategy and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the execution and coordination of multi‑channel marketing initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, task tracking, and marketing workflows.
• Prepare assets, documents, and materials for campaign launches.
• Maintain organized marketing files, content libraries, and documentation.
• Publish content across social media and digital platforms, coordinating captions, thumbnails, and supporting assets.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and content opportunities.
• Handle recurring administrative tasks, schedule meetings, and track deliverables.
• Support special projects and ad‑hoc initiatives as the business grows.

Required profile

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using digital collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and proactive problem‑solving.
• Available during North American business hours; Latin America candidates preferred.
