Master Data Developer – Amazon Neptune (Colombia)

About the role

CI&T is building an AI‑powered fashion advisory platform for a leading retail client. As a Master Data Developer you will own the graph data layer, turning unstructured editorial content into a structured knowledge graph that fuels real‑time style recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Design graph schemas that model designers, garments, style attributes, trends, occasions and editorial articles.
• Build batch ingestion pipelines that load structured JSON payloads into Amazon Neptune.
• Implement probabilistic entity matching and deduplication for a catalog of 50,000+ SKUs.
• Assign editorial signal weights to relationships to influence recommendation ranking.
• Optimize openCypher traversal queries to return results in under three seconds for downstream Amazon Bedrock agents.
• Collaborate with Machine Learning and GenAI Agent developers to align graph structure with AI retrieval needs.
• Support technical interviews and validation of new team members on the graph workstream.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above) with ability to communicate with international stakeholders.
• Solid experience with Amazon Neptune and property‑graph data modeling.
• Proven ability to design and tune openCypher queries under latency constraints.
• Experience building entity resolution, fuzzy matching and scoring algorithms.
• Strong Python skills for batch data engineering.
