MATLAB Engineer – Remote

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a MATLAB Engineer to design and implement technical computing solutions for data analysis, modeling, and simulation. You will work remotely with a global team of top‑tier engineers, contributing to projects for leading technology companies and innovative startups.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain MATLAB applications, scripts, and algorithms for technical computing tasks.
• Implement data analysis, visualization, and simulation models using MATLAB, Simulink, and relevant toolboxes.
• Collaborate with engineering and research teams to integrate MATLAB solutions with other software platforms.
• Optimize code performance, ensure computational accuracy, and participate in code reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in MATLAB development or technical computing.
• Strong knowledge of MATLAB programming, Simulink, and associated toolboxes.
• Experience with algorithm development, data analysis, and numerical methods.
• Familiarity with signal processing, control systems, or machine‑learning concepts.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
