Media Advertising Operations Senior Associate

About the role

The Media Advertising Operations Senior Associate develops and executes data‑driven digital media strategies that align with business objectives and performance goals. This role leads planning, activation, optimisation and measurement of campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn, turning campaign data into actionable recommendations that drive awareness, lead generation and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, activate, optimise and measure full‑funnel campaigns across major paid‑media platforms.
• Allocate investment efficiently and provide measurable results throughout the customer journey.
• Transform campaign performance data into strategic insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams and clients to ensure alignment and delivery of business growth.

Required profile

• Advanced hands‑on experience managing, optimising and scaling paid‑media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads.
• Proven expertise in performance‑marketing strategy, audience planning and budget allocation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret CPA, CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR and CPM metrics.
• Solid knowledge of measurement frameworks such as GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Experience conducting A/B testing, experimentation and continuous optimisation.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills for working with clients and internal teams.
