Media Planning Manager – 360° Media Strategy

About the role

The Media Planning Manager will lead and execute 360° media strategies across offline and digital channels for regional brands. This hands‑on role manages the full media planning cycle—from translating client briefs into strategic plans, negotiating investments, to coordinating implementation, optimizing campaigns and delivering performance reports.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated media strategies across TV, OOH, Meta, Google and programmatic platforms.
• Manage the end‑to‑end media planning process, including budget allocation, media buying negotiations and campaign rollout.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance in real time, providing clear reports on investment, share of voice and post‑campaign results.
• Collaborate with clients and media partners to ensure alignment with business and brand objectives.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in 360° media planning, preferably within agencies or regional accounts.
• Strong knowledge of traditional media (TV, OOH) and digital platforms (Meta, Google, programmatic).
• Solid Excel and data‑analysis capabilities, including campaign tracking and UTM validation.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B1/B2).
