Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and medical oversight.
• Ensure compliance with quality, patient safety, and clinical standards.
• Support physician recruitment, onboarding, and development.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership on operational and strategic initiatives.
• Participate in direct patient care when required.
• Drive continuous improvement and organizational growth.

Required profile

• Medical Doctor (MD) with active professional registration.
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2, preferred C1).
• Recent clinical practice experience.
• Experience leading physicians, clinical teams, or healthcare operations.
• Solid understanding of healthcare quality, patient safety, and clinical governance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
