Medical Director – Regenerative Medicine & Cellular Therapy

About the role

Blue Phoenix, a leading clinic in regenerative medicine, cellular therapy, and longevity treatments, is seeking a strategic and patient‑focused Medical Director to lead its medical operations. This senior role will guide clinical and scientific activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive the development of advanced regenerative therapies for an international patient base.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all medical operations, maintaining the highest scientific, ethical, and clinical standards.
• Design, evaluate, and continuously improve medical protocols in regenerative medicine, cellular therapy, and longevity.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for international patients and oversee their clinical journey.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate medical and clinical staff.
• Assess and implement new medical technologies and innovations.
• Manage quality‑assurance processes, internal audits, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Ensure full compliance with INVIMA standards and other regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to strategic planning, growth initiatives, and partnership development.
• Oversee the cell‑therapy laboratory, guaranteeing scientific, regulatory, quality, and biosafety standards.
• Monitor operational and financial indicators related to medical services.

Required profile

• Medical Doctor (MD) with strong clinical experience.
• Board‑certified specialist, preferably in Regenerative Medicine, Sports Medicine, Functional Medicine, or related fields.
• Proven experience in regenerative medicine, clinical research, and patient management.
• Demonstrated leadership in overseeing medical teams and complex clinical programs.
• Experience working with international patients is a plus.
