Medical Manager – Oncology & Hematology

About the role

The Medical Manager – Oncology & Hematology will support internal teams and external stakeholders on scientific and medical matters related to assigned products. This role ensures alignment of medical strategies, compliance with regulatory standards, and the effective dissemination of clinical data.

Key responsibilities

• Provide scientific support and advice to marketing, sales, investigators, and regulatory authorities.
• Review and approve promotional and educational materials in line with the PhRMA Code, Pfizer SOPs, and local regulations.
• Collaborate with oncology colleagues to share clinical research data and assist in the preparation of study reports and manuscripts.
• Engage with advisory groups, key opinion leaders, and medical associations to develop product strategies.
• Deliver scientific training to sales and marketing teams as needed.
• Handle medical information inquiries and conduct literature reviews for safety and product quality monitoring.
• Support regulatory submissions and assist senior regulatory affairs managers with labeling revisions.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in medicine, pharmacy, or a related scientific field.
• Extensive experience in oncology/hematology medical affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines, promotional compliance, and clinical research processes.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
