About the role
Lawfficiency SAS is seeking a full‑time Medical Receptionist to join its Medellín office. The role involves greeting patients, managing appointments, and supporting the medical team while ensuring a professional and organized front‑desk environment.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently.
- Welcome patients, handle check‑ins, and direct them to the appropriate areas.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide courteous customer service.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage office paperwork.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in customer service or medical assistance are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
- Detail‑oriented and capable of handling confidential information responsibly.
Required skills
- Appointment scheduling proficiency.
- Phone etiquette and customer service communication.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare office operations.
