Medical Sales Representative – Regenerative Medicine (Inbound Leads)

About the role

We are seeking a medically‑trained professional to act as the first point of contact for prospective patients interested in regenerative medicine and stem‑cell therapies. You will guide warm inbound inquiries through the decision‑making process and secure clinical appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Consult and educate national and international leads via phone, WhatsApp and email about complex stem‑cell and regenerative treatments.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed clinical appointments by addressing concerns and outlining treatment pathways.
• Maintain accurate records of each patient interaction in our CRM and meet defined conversion KPIs.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a seamless patient journey.

Required profile

• Degree or technical background in Nursing, Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Healthcare or a related field (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years experience in clinical advisory, patient coordination, premium wellness or medical tourism.
• Fluent English (C1 level) for international patient communication.
• Strong clinical empathy combined with a results‑driven, sales‑focused mindset.

• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline management.
