Medical Science Liaison – Field Based (Bogotá/Cali)

About the role

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will build strategic scientific relationships with healthcare professionals in Colombia, supporting informed clinical decisions and contributing insights to Johnson & Johnson's medical strategy. This field‑based role involves regular visits to hospitals, clinics and academic institutions in Bogotá or Cali.

Key responsibilities

• Build strategic scientific relationships with community and academic healthcare professionals.
• Exchange scientific knowledge to influence medical behavior and support informed clinical decisions.
• Communicate product value (efficacy, safety, adherence, quality of life) to gain stakeholder endorsement.
• Prepare the healthcare environment for product pre‑launch, accelerate adoption, and engage principal investigators.
• Respond to scientific inquiries from HCPs, investigators and health‑care systems.
• Integrate scientific data into real‑world practice and identify barriers to adoption.
• Identify and support potential study sites in alignment with medical leadership.

Required profile

• Field‑based position with regular visits to healthcare institutions in Bogotá or Cali.
• National travel exceeding 50% of time.
• Valid driver’s license.
