About the role
The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will act as the scientific bridge between Johnson & Johnson and healthcare professionals in Bogotá, delivering evidence‑based information on innovative therapies and gathering insights to shape medical strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the scientific and medical expert for internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with academic and community healthcare professionals, influencing medical practice through scientific exchange.
- Design and execute scientific exchange plans with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) aligned to the Medical Department’s strategy.
- Respond to scientific inquiries and integrate data into real‑world practice.
- Gather field insights on treatment paradigms, competitive landscape, and unmet medical needs.
Required profile
- Degree in Health Sciences, Life Sciences or related field with relevant postgraduate education.
- Deep scientific knowledge of the therapeutic area and ability to interpret data.
- More than 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred).
- English proficiency at C1‑C2 level and a valid driver’s license.
- Strong critical, strategic, and communication skills.
