About the role

The Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) in Oncology serves as the primary scientific point of contact for healthcare professionals, medical societies, regulators, and academic institutions. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality scientific information, supporting medical affairs strategies, and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead medical‑to‑medical communications in the field and act as a scientific expert for oncology stakeholders.
• Plan and execute strategic medical‑scientific plans, manage stakeholder relationships, and provide actionable medical insights to business units.
• Support internal teams such as Commercial, Learning & Development, Account Management, and Regional Medical, while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Medical degree, preferably with a specialty in clinical oncology, research, or epidemiology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in oncology medical affairs or related scientific roles, including external engagement and clinical research.
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills with a focus on scientific integrity and patient‑centricity.

Required skills

• Expertise in oncology scientific content and medical affairs processes.
• Experience with manuscript preparation and journal publication processes.
