Member Communications Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Parlor Social Club, a members‑only social club with events across major US cities, is looking for a Member Communications Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for its members. This remote position supports members worldwide, handling inquiries about events, membership, and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound member questions via the club’s app and internal tools.
• Follow up on open inquiries until they are fully resolved.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate team member through Slack when necessary.
• Track open and resolved communications using Google Sheets and Trello.
• Represent Parlor’s voice with a warm, polished, and natural tone, avoiding canned responses.

Required profile

• Excellent written English suitable for a sophisticated, professional audience.
• Experience in customer‑facing communications, membership services, or hospitality.
• Comfortable working EST business hours in real time.
• Detail‑oriented and reliable with strong follow‑through.
• Familiarity with Slack, Trello, and Google Sheets is preferred.

What we offer
