Meta & Google Ads Specialist (Part-Time Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Meta & Google Ads Specialist to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms to drive lead generation and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and implement optimization strategies to maximize ROI and lead generation results.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of advertising spend.
• Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Create and present performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support marketing initiatives and business objectives.
• Assist with administrative and operational marketing tasks during periods with limited campaign activity.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and digital advertising best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of paid media strategies, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and lead generation.
• Experience analyzing campaign performance data and making data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Availability to work 20 hours per week under an Independent Contractor agreement.
