Mid-Level Python Developer – AI & Cloud Projects

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level Python developer to join CI&T’s AI‑focused delivery teams in Colombia. You will build and maintain cloud‑native applications that enable our clients to turn AI models into real business value.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Python web services using FastAPI, pydantic and SQLAlchemy.
• Create reusable custom Python libraries to support internal and client projects.
• Write, optimise and troubleshoot SQL queries against relational databases.
• Work with Microsoft Azure services and use KQL to extract insights from Azure Log Analytics.
• Document code, architecture decisions and share technical knowledge with the team.
• Apply software development best practices, including version control and automated testing.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with proven experience in Python development.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in written form.
• Familiarity with data‑science concepts and model training is a plus.
