Mid Level Python Developer

About the role

CI&T is looking for a Mid Level Python Developer to join its AI‑focused delivery teams in Colombia. You will build and maintain web applications, create reusable libraries, and help integrate AI solutions for large enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Python web services using FastAPI, pydantic and SQLAlchemy.
• Design and maintain custom Python libraries for internal use.
• Write and optimise SQL queries for data access.
• Work with Azure services and use KQL to query Log Analytics.
• Apply software development best practices, including version control and automated testing.
• Document technical decisions and share knowledge with the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Python development, especially for web applications.
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure and KQL.
• Strong communication skills for clear documentation.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and testing frameworks.
• Bonus: basic knowledge of data‑science concepts and model training.
