Middle Product Designer

About the role

Blossom is seeking a detail‑oriented Middle Product Designer to shape digital experiences for credit unions. You will work in a bilingual English‑Spanish environment, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to deliver high‑quality releases.

Key responsibilities

• Own design problems from ambiguous discovery through to shipped product.
• Define direction, challenge assumptions, and create clear flows, screens, and interactive prototypes.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless handoff and implementation.
• Use AI tools daily to accelerate ideation, research synthesis, and prototyping.
• Maintain design consistency and quality across the fintech platform.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and shipping real products, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or platform contexts.
• Portfolio that demonstrates end‑to‑end ownership (research, IA, interaction, visual design, prototyping, handoff).
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate user behavior and business goals into design decisions.
• Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Confidence to defend design decisions and push back when necessary.
