MPO Integration Engineer

About the role

The MPO Integration Engineer will evaluate new client opportunities, analyse technical and reporting needs, and set expectations on pricing and analytical solutions. The role bridges client onboarding, platform integration and performance reporting to drive profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements, estimate resources, margins and profitability, and identify value‑added offerings.
• Manage high‑priority client portfolios, assess workflow efficiency and propose improvements.
• Prepare profitability reports, summarize pain points and recommend action plans for growth, restructuring or phase‑out.
• Act as the primary technical contact during onboarding, ensuring smooth adoption of media execution, tracking and reporting frameworks.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear language for clients and support troubleshooting, optimisation and insight delivery.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to guarantee accurate campaign setup, seamless platform integrations and reliable performance reporting.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies while serving as an internal subject‑matter expert on integration processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
• Proven track record managing high‑priority client accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development and related services.
• Experience in strategy development, campaign planning and team management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to present strategies, optimisations and results to clients.
• Highly organised with solid project‑management abilities to handle multiple deadlines.
