About the role

As a Total Rewards Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel you will shape fair, competitive and data‑driven compensation practices that support both people strategy and business objectives across a global logistics organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and analyse pay ranges and salary structures to ensure alignment with internal job levels and the company’s compensation philosophy.
• Conduct market analysis and salary benchmarking to assess competitiveness and recommend adjustments.
• Provide data‑driven compensation insights for offers, promotions and internal movements.
• Analyse compensation data to identify internal equity issues and support fair pay across roles.
• Support compensation cycles, salary reviews and continuous improvement projects within the Total Rewards strategy.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards or HR Analytics with solid exposure to salary structures and pay ranges.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities in an international environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / data analysis.
• Experience with HR or compensation systems and market salary information.
