New Media Lead

About the role

We are seeking a New Media Lead to design, produce, and scale Addi’s brand narrative and executive thought leadership across owned, direct‑to‑audience channels such as LinkedIn, X, and Substack, while navigating reputation and regulatory risks inherent to a regulated financial entity.

Key responsibilities

• Executive Thought Leadership Engine: Build and execute an authentic narrative strategy for the CEO and key executives across LinkedIn and X/Substack, aiming for a 100% increase in high‑value audience engagement within six months.
• Channel Growth & High‑Value Reach: Grow Addi’s owned channels (LinkedIn, X, Substack) by achieving a 30% quarterly growth in net‑new, high‑intent followers while maintaining strong engagement metrics.
• Integrated Campaign & Product Launch Execution: Orchestrate at least three integrated narrative campaigns that combine long‑form written pieces, short‑form audiovisual content, and coordinated PR amplification, ensuring zero compliance breaches.
• Content Efficiency & Editorial Cadence: Establish a repeatable production pipeline delivering 3–5 high‑quality pieces per week and reduce interview‑to‑publication turnaround to under 48 hours.
• Cross‑Functional Risk & Compliance Alignment: Build streamlined workflows with Legal, Compliance, Brand, Product, and PR teams to maintain a 100% compliance record on all published statements.

Required profile

• Strong executive thought partnership and editorial savvy, acting as a strategic sparring partner to senior leadership.
• Ability to simplify complex technical, commercial, and financial topics into accessible, authentic stories.
• Track record of new‑media management and audience growth on LinkedIn, X, Substack, and short‑form video platforms.
• Deep awareness of regulatory risk and ability to balance authentic tone with compliance guardrails.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams including Legal, Compliance, Brand, Product, People, and PR.
