Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting Operations Head – LATAM

About the role

The Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting Operations Head leads the end‑to‑end delivery of non‑financial regulatory reports across LATAM. You will ensure reports are complete, accurate and delivered on time while maintaining a robust control framework.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple non‑financial regulatory reporting teams, overseeing execution, compliance and SLA adherence.
• Design, implement and monitor controls, including post‑submission validation, issue management and mitigation strategies.
• Chair governance forums, represent the function in senior leadership meetings and drive remediation plans.
• Engage with Compliance, Risk, Technology, Product and ICRM stakeholders to align reporting with regulatory changes.
• Lead automation, standardisation and process‑optimisation initiatives to improve data integrity and operational resilience.
• Oversee audit and regulatory examination activities and ensure effective change‑management processes.
• Provide full people‑management for VPs, AVPs, Officers and Analysts, including performance, development and succession planning.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in regulatory reporting, risk or compliance within the financial services industry.
• Proven leadership of senior‑level teams and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and control environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
