About the role

The Nurse Medical Information Specialist Services Associate IV provides expert drug information and patient education to support optimal therapy outcomes. Working autonomously within established procedures, this role leads a team in delivering high‑quality medical information services.

Key responsibilities

• Support and manage a defined list of patients, delivering assessment and education on disease therapy and treatment.
• Provide drug information, including administration, side effects, and management strategies, to healthcare professionals.
• Conduct patient counseling using professional judgment and ensure accurate documentation of all interactions.
• Administer programs that help patients overcome medication adherence barriers.
• Carry out appropriate interventions and perform additional duties as assigned while complying with all policies and standards.

Required profile

• Vocational training, certifications, licensure, or equivalent experience in nursing or medical information.
• Advanced, specialized expertise in analytical or operational processes related to medical information.
• Ability to work autonomously, coordinate team assignments, and propose process improvements.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the capacity to provide guidance to junior team members.
